Gerry won second prize for her impressionist watercolour "Playful Ordhids" at the
Royal Botanical Gardens, April 2001, in Burlington at the Orchid Show.
Her love of nature and animals is captured in her watercolours as a result
of being nature most of her life. She travelled by motorhome for 16 years.
As a child she was out in nature fishing and boating. She started painting at 8 years,
both in oil and watercolours.

Gerry is a member of C.O.A.A., G.C.A.A. and Evergreen Seniors Watercolour club.

She takes workshops and has been accepted at Juried Shows.
