Born and raised in Toronto to a French father and an English mother.
- Studied: Commercial Art
- I come from an artistic family where my father and two sisters have ability to both draw and paint.
- In studying commercial art I was exposed to Art History which instilled in me a great appreciation of
- classical styles and composition.
- Over the years I have dabbled in many types of mediums but ultimately oil painting has given me the
- greatest pleasure. I enjoy and appreciate the work of a contemporary painter but masters like Rembrandt
- are my greatest source of inspiration. In choosing composition I am most often influenced
- by the drama of dark puntuated by light.
