Eric Courtney was born in Montreal in 1974. In 1979 he moved with his family to Kitchener-Waterloo.
Upon graduating highschool, Eric returned to Montreal to study art at Concordia University where he
received a BFA in 1996. Upon graduation, Eric returned to Kitchener-Waterloo, and has resided there
since. During the last few years, Eric has been developing his skills as a painter, entering various local
shows, and seeking out opportunities abroad.
