A Spring Adventure

Following the success of this year’s trip to Spain, Guelph Arts Council is once again offering members the opportunity to enjoy another fabulous cultural heritage tour. Plans are shaping up for a spring adventure to France and Provence, May 2 to 16, 2000. Guided by Jacques Pauwels, well-known historian and wine connoisseur, of Pauwels Travel, Brantford, the tour will include art galleries and museums and tours of historic sights. If you’ve ever travelled with Jacques, you’ll know how he brings history to life and combines it with current events.

We’ll spend four nights in Paris, three nights in Avignon, three nights in Nice and two nights in Lyon. An adventure with Jacques is never complete without fine food combined with fine wine. This trip will include airfare, accommodations, all sightseeing and coach travel, and breakfast plus either lunch or dinner daily.
Complete details and registration forms will be mailed to Guelph Arts Council members shortly. Others interested call the GAC office (519) 836-3280.
